Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Visoniq TechCore Pvt. Ltd. for use of the Citanzo business operating platform.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Citanzo, operated by Visoniq TechCore Pvt. Ltd. ("Visoniq TechCore", "we", "us", or "our"). Citanzo is the customer-facing brand for our services.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Citanzo feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
If you use Citanzo on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Service Description
Citanzo provides software tools for local businesses and service providers, including:
- Online booking and appointment management
- Walk-in queue and live queue management
- Staff management and scheduling tools
- Customer records and visit history
- Inventory tracking and alerts (on eligible plans)
- Analytics, reports, and business insights
- Notifications via email, SMS, and WhatsApp (on eligible plans)
- Reviews, ratings, and related customer engagement features
- Public business profiles and booking pages
Citanzo is a technology platform. We are not a party to agreements between you and your customers, and we do not guarantee business outcomes, appointment attendance, or revenue results.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Beta or experimental features may be offered with limited support and may change without notice.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate business and account information
- Safeguarding login credentials and authentication methods
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Managing staff access, permissions, and device security
- Ensuring your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and industry regulations
Notify us immediately at support@citanzo.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Subscription & Billing
Citanzo offers subscription plans including Muft (free), Solo, and Business, along with any promotional, legacy, or successor plan names we may display from time to time (such as Starter, Growth, or Pro in billing or internal systems).
Billing terms
- Paid plans may be offered with free trials where advertised
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle unless cancelled before renewal
- Charges are applied at the start of each billing period
- Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades may take effect at the next billing cycle
- Prices may change with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance
- Applicable taxes, duties, or government charges may be added where required by law
- Failed payments may result in retries, service limitations, or account suspension
Payments are processed through Razorpay and other payment processors we support now or in the future. Payment processing is subject to the processor's terms and privacy policies.
Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@citanzo.com within 14 days of the charge.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include:
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications
- Creating fake bookings, fake reviews, or manipulated ratings
- Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation of your business or services
- Offering illegal services or using the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Uploading content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Distributing malware, attempting unauthorised access, or disrupting Platform operations
- Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data without written permission
- Abusing rate limits, APIs, or integrations in a manner that harms Platform stability
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour toward customers, staff, or our team
We may investigate violations and take action including content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination.
Customer Data Responsibility
You own the customer relationships you manage through Citanzo. You are the data controller for customer information you collect, and you are responsible for:
- Providing appropriate privacy notices to your customers
- Obtaining lawful consent for communications and data processing
- Honouring customer rights requests where applicable
- Using customer data only for legitimate business purposes
- Complying with applicable data protection and marketing laws
We process customer data on your behalf as a service provider to deliver Platform features described in our Privacy Policy.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or submit, including business profiles, images, service descriptions, documents, and notes.
You grant Visoniq TechCore a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and process your content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Platform as you configure it.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and use your content, and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
Reviews
Customers may submit reviews and ratings through features enabled on your account. Reviews reflect customer opinions and do not represent the views of Citanzo.
We may moderate, hide, or remove reviews that violate our policies, appear fraudulent, contain abusive language, or pose legal or safety risks.
We do not guarantee that all reviews will remain visible, and we are not responsible for disputes arising from review content.
Availability & Changes
We strive to keep Citanzo reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily limit access
- Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves
- Third-party outages (including payment, messaging, or cloud providers) may affect functionality
- We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control
Beta & Experimental Features
We may offer beta, preview, or experimental features, including AI-assisted tools, automation workflows, MCP integrations, and other services under development.
Beta features are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties. They may be unstable, incomplete, or withdrawn at any time. Use beta features at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Citanzo and Visoniq TechCore shall not be liable for:
- Lost bookings, missed appointments, or scheduling errors
- Lost revenue, profits, customers, or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Failures of third-party services, including payment gateways, WhatsApp, SMS providers, or cloud infrastructure
- Notification delivery failures, delays, or message filtering by carriers or platforms
- Internet outages, device failures, or user configuration mistakes
- Data loss except where caused by our gross negligence and required by law
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater, unless a higher limit is required by applicable law.
Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies, including:
- Razorpay and other payment processors
- Google Analytics and analytics providers
- WhatsApp, SMS, and email delivery providers
- Cloudflare, AWS, and other infrastructure providers
- Future integrations we add to support Platform features
We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including software, design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Visoniq TechCore Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.
The Citanzo brand name and associated marks are used under licence for customer-facing services operated by Visoniq TechCore Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform except as expressly permitted.
Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to compensate you, to improve our products and services.
Suspension & Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have:
- Violated these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- Engaged in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
- Created security or legal risk for the Platform or other users
- Failed to pay subscription fees after notice
- Received chargebacks or payment disputes indicating misuse
Where reasonable, we will provide notice before suspension. In urgent cases involving fraud, security threats, or legal requirements, we may act immediately without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visoniq TechCore Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your business operations and services offered to customers
- Content you upload or communications you send
- Your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights
- Disputes between you and your customers or staff
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free from errors or security vulnerabilities.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Citanzo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact support@citanzo.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
